What documents do I need to sell a property?

• Authorization to Sell (if applicable)
• Photocopy of Two (2) valid government-issued IDs w/ 3 Specimen Signature
• Copy of the Owner's duplicate of Title (complete pages)
• Copy of Owner's duplicate of Tax Declaration
